What if I made a mistake on my order?

How do I change my order?
To ensure fast processing, once an order is sent to our production team, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for any urgent adjustments.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only process cancellations for orders within 24 hours after your payment. Please email us at help@flontaeclothing.com with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
Do you notify us once our order ships?
Yes absolutely! An email or text will be sent to you with the tracking information as soon as your orders ships!
When will I get tracking number?
After your order is done being produced a tracking number will be generated then an email and or text with tracking info will be sent to you the moment your product is shipped out. If you don’t get the tracking info via your email, please email us to get updated at help@flontaeclothing.com
What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?
Send us an email at help@flontaeclothing.com and include photo(s) and we will help you start the return process.
