Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for both defective and non-defective products.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at help@flontaeclothing.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a free downloadable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Free. We provide a pre-paid downloadable label for all returns.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will process the exchange or you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund processing time is 10 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at help@flontaeclothing.com to request a cancellation.
